How to download hotfix to solve problem "Data exported to Excel after you personalize form fields does not export in the same field order."

you can search hotfix with same title on LCS. I cannot a hotfix exactly with same description, for D3FO(as per your tages for question)
For AX2012 I can see many fixes on LCS
Here is the link for the LifeCycle Services website:
https://lcs.dynamics.com/
You need to navigate there, log in with your LiveID/Organization account whichever is linked to your AX/Dynamics 365 for Operations project, and then you could use the Issue Search on the left.
