Tracked and set regarding disabled - please contact admin.

Hi there,

I have tested and enabled the user's mailboxes to server-side sync for all options, and ensured the security role is ticked on the app, however the options are still disabled.

If it is a security permissions issue, what is the correct dot that needs to be filled in?

Greatly appreciate any help!
