Hi, Every one I would like to know is there possibllity to integrate my orgnization devices such as CCTV, NVRs, Cisco switches, firewalls etc in Dynamic 365 customer or field service. so there would be advantage for me to check the status of each device and if any of CCTV or Switch got turn off so I will know about the status of the device.
before we were using Atera site all the logs of devices we receive on dishboard.
