resource forecast need to turn off

Is there a resource forecast configuration that could turn off the feature of auto-assigning the Project Manager role upon project creation?

    Are you using a different English language or is this part of a customization? Can you tell how you navigate to this form? I'm not familiar with a form named Resource forecast in the en-us language.
