The selected item is blocked cannot be sold

In POS  register when we insert this item/barcarole we see this message :

I check in ax default site , it was not stop , I check inventory blocking there is no any blocking .
I check category blocking it was unchecked , we have other items in a same category but it working fine only this item faced like this issue .
Any one faced like this.

    Hi Khaled,

    To drill down the issue to Store level and POS level, answer below:

    1. Is the issue happening only on a single store ?

    2. If you use Offline capabilities, try to check on each POS in store in offline mode and see if you face the issue on all pos machines.

    If this issue is happening on only one Store, push 1040 and it will fix the issue.

    Also try checking the table ax.retailinventtable's BLOCKEDONPOS field in Store channel DB and see if it's set to 1 for this product.

    could it be that this product was blocked some time ago and unblocked, but these changed were not published to POS correctly?

    Hello Khaled Ahmed,

    Can you check the following issues on LCS to check whether they are resolving your problem?

    1. Issue 3799113 Blocked item can be scanned in MPOS

    2. Issue 3804540 Return of products without a receipt isn't possible when the item has blocked for sale at the POS
