FMIS (Great Plains) users get an error every time they try and print a payment run out of the system to PDF. They can still print to HTML or Docx formats without being prompted for authentication details but not PDF.  Each user has Adobe Pro 11 installed and 32bit office.

They are prompted for credentials to login and appear every time. This did not previously happen.

    This sounds more like a Adobe issue then GP. I can't think of a reason why GP would be prompting when printing to PDF. GP simply goes out to the registry and sees if Adobe is installed, if it is then it spins up a Adobe process like you would do when double clicking on Adobe outside of GP.

    You may want to open a support case for this so someone can look at your environment as there must be more to this.

    If this is the first time you have fired up Adobe make sure you acdept the license agreement. YOu may need to fire up Adobe indepently of GP so you get to see the license agreement.
