Invoice is not settling automatically against payment during posting of payment journal in D365

Hi Experts,

I have enabled the Automatic settlement and I have few open invoice for customer. I have followed the following blog http://shafeaa.blogspot.in/2015/04/deep-inside-dynamics-ax-2012-payment_26.html and posted payment journal for the same customer but i cannot  see any settlement happen, am i missing anything ?

And I have seen that based on the AutoSettle check box they are setting settleVoucher field of the LedgerJournalTrans table to open transaction, Can anyone tell in which class ax is doing auto settlement while posting payment journal ?

    Could you please show us the screenshot where you have open invoice for this customer?  For example, can you see it here Accounts receivable > Customer invoices > Open customer invoices?

    Hi Galyna,

    Open customer invoices from the customer transaction screen (AR > All customers > select respective customer > Transactions > select the check box open only). Here in my case there is a local customization which overrides the standard AX auto settlement. because of that settlement was not happening automatically.
