we have a few users that have received the message to refresh multiple times today. Is anyone else seeing this and having issues with it repeatedly happening? Any ideas why this might be happening or how to get it to fully refresh and stop with these prompts?

    Hi, As far as I know, this is a message pushed by Microsoft, and partners cannot turn it off. But generally not so frequently, it can be solved after refreshing the page once.

    For example,

    If it occurs very frequently in your environment, it is recommended to submit an SR to Microsoft.
