Dynamics 365 Marketing - Quick Send Marketing Emails

Hi all,

Is there a way to send a marketing email by using Dynamics 365 workflows?

I'm looking for something simalar to the 'quick send' functionality in ClickDimensions.

    Hi Elmar,

    Quick Send in ClickDimensions just uses the Quick Send template to send an email to the contact/account/opportunity.

    Similarly, in D365 for Marketing,

    • You can save the email template and once you choose a Contact/Opportunity/Account record, create a new Email activity.
      Choose the required email template as shown below and send the email.

    • In a workflow, it is possible to create email and choose the required email template.
      This is standard Dynamics CRM feature.

    Elmar is asking about Dynamics 365 for Marketing emails, and very specific functionality that lets you send great looking marketing emails , and not the standard Email Templates.

    I do not have the answer sadly, but I don't believe this is an out of the box feature available with Dynamics 365 for Marketing

    And I am wondering about somewhat the same thing, having created a thread asking about transactional email. If sending emails through Dynamics 365 for Marketing from external sources would be supported, you could create the 'quick send' functionality yourself :)

    Oops, my bad.

    AFAIK, there is no 'Quick Send' capability for Marketing Emails.

    Seems like a very logical ask / feature.

    Have opened a request for the same here.
    Please upvote.
