Cannot add cost centers or departments

Hi All

I hope this is a simple oversight on my behalf, but I have noticed that I am unable to add additional cost centers or Departments to one of my legal entities. When I go into the financial dimension and select the dimension value the new+ is greyed out, and I am unable to add new cost centers to the existing list, as well as I'm unable to add new Departments.

am i missing something here or is there an issue with the setup

Hi Ramon,

You can't add financial dimensions like "department" or "cost center" etc. from the Dimensions value form. You can add them from Operating units form (Navigation : Organization administration > Organizations > Operating units. Here you can click "New" and choose "Department" or "Cost center as shown in the screenshot.
