I want to generate a Report for the Pending Quote with line details for the year
is there any standard report available

The quotes which are waiting for the Customer / Prospect feedback ie., pending to confirm or cancel

As it appears there is no standard report to show the requested data, I would recommend that you enter this on the Ideas Portal if this is something that you and others may find useful:
