Hi,

I'm looking to set email template for AP invoice matching, AP journal approval, Cash advance workflow, Payment advice-PO workflow, etc.

Can you please explain the login in behind
Please share documentation related.

We created a new entity and the email templates are not set yet. I am looking for documentation on how to do it and also how to test them to make sure they are correctly set..

Thanks for response and clarification. Unfortunately we do not have clear guidance on Email templates. But I have found a useful link:

Create email templates for transactional events

It has been published for Dynamics 365 Commerce, but this is general approach used also in Dynamics 365 Finance.

Set up alert email templates in HTML

Published for AX 2012, but has not changed in D365Finance.
