Hello All,
We have installed CRM 2016 upgrade from CRM 4.0 a couple weeks ago. As we have been getting through training and the small pains of change within our organization we have discovered that our Dymo label printer is no longer working. The error is as follows.
The Dymo printer is installed on the computer that is generating this error. Also the Dymo printer is setup as a network printer and was working fine with CRM 4.0.
