Hello,

Would like to know How to Extract Document URLs from CRM (from different entities like Account, Opportunities, Quotes etc) ?

Is there any tool available to do do this ?

Because out of the box in advanced find we are not getting the same.

Hi

Document Location would give you only the location (Folder path in SharePoint) of the documents for a particular CRM Record.

CRM does not store the details about the documents(Example: how many documents in that folder or name of each document).

You need to use code to obtain these details.

I had the same problem. CRM SDK will have 0 record when I retrieve multiple for the document library. You might probably look at SharePoint SDK, to retrieve the path based on its folder hierarchy.

Hi

Document locations can be obtained from Document Location entity.

You will not get the absolute URL from this record, instead it stores the Relative URL and Parent Site or Location.
