Dual Write Orchestration Solution Install Issue

We are trying to enable dual write in our FinOps environment .... the health check has all ticks and has passed and we are able to create a link to a environment where we have a CDS.

however we cannot see any entity maps and when we try and install the orchestration solution from proper apps solution tab it fails to install.

we do not have Dynamics 365 Sales or any other app only FinOps and Talent

we want to build PowerApps and leverage our data for build inventory on hand app and get data from out FinOps environment. We would also like to create an app where you can submit leave to a Talent or create an expense claim and submit in FinOps

Hello,

Please let us know what kind of error message you receive when the install fails ?

No error message is received .... it just says installation failed .... where can I find the error log

Is your CDS environment created directly from power platform admin center ? If yes , then it wont work. Your CDS environment must have created /Support for Dynamics 365 for apps. If you have already failed to install Orchestration solution and trying to reset environment then its not going to help , only option is to delete the environment and create a new one.

@Sukrut Parab i am getting same exact error while installing the Orchestration Solution ,in my case i am connecting to CDS environment created as part of Dynamics 365(Sales app)

I am trying configured dual-write setup in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations (10.0.11) and Microsoft Dynamics 365(9.1.0.18341)

@Sukrut Parab : I've configured a T2 environment, and while doing that, the enable power platform was disabled, and had a description saying that 'Enabling Power Platform Integration is now available after the environment is deployed' .

So i had deployed the power platform from LCS after the environment is deployed. But am still getting the error.
