Notifying Forms Pro survey senders of responses instead of Survey Owners

Anyone have a suggestion on how to make survey response notifications go to the sender of the survey instead of the survey owner?

I'm using Flow in D365 to allow users to send a survey to new leads.  The flow is generating a survey invitation link which gets sent in an email to the lead.  The lead sees that the email is coming from the user but when the survey is filled out that user doesn't get a notification.  Instead it goes to the owner of the survey.  Also, in D365 the sender isn't able to see the reply since that record belongs to the owner of the survey.

I've tired sharing the survey in D365 with another user but still get the same outcome.  I know I can share a Forms Pro survey thorough the Forms Pro app, but that is a total pain once a significant number of users need access to the Form.

Since the removal of VOC it's been a total pain trying to work Forms Pro into our D365 workflow.  Hoping Customer Voice solves some of these issues, but in the time being I'm hoping to just get these notifications working correctly.

Thank you!

    Hi Chris,

Are your responses tracked into Dynamics 365?

If so, they are probably stored in an entity. Then you can create a Power Automate flow to trigger when the entity record is created and send an email to the person you would like.

    Hope this helps!
