This message appears when running an Item Trx integration in IM. The # of serials does indeed equal the extended qty, so why might IM be displaying this msg? It is only for certain items.

This is probably because you have not filled out a number of serial numbers that are equal to the quantity. This errors occurs on Items that are set up to track serial numbers. Lem me provide the example below for further illustration;

When entering a line item in the "Receiving Transaction Entry", an item that is set up to track serial number is entered. Quantity = 10

The Purchasing Serial Number entry pops out requiring serial numbers to be entered

We could use the Auto Generate, or manually enter serial numbers

If we enter (9) serial number, while the quantity shipped is (10)

The error message pop up indicating the number of serial numbers (9) doesn't equal the extended quanity (10).

This is done in Integration Manager, and we have checked multiple times using excel that the quantity entered is equal to the number of serials that we entered, so I'm not sure if there's anything else that could be causing it? There are no duplicate serial numbers.
