This is done in Integration Manager, and we have checked multiple times using excel that the quantity entered is equal to the number of serials that we entered, so I'm not sure if there's anything else that could be causing it? There are no duplicate serial numbers.
This is probably because you have not filled out a number of serial numbers that are equal to the quantity. This errors occurs on Items that are set up to track serial numbers. Lem me provide the example below for further illustration;
