Looking for Dynamics 365 connection Architecture document for following queries

How does external network get connected with Azure for D365 access from external network: Std method, Architecture; Security Feature (Data Encryption), User Access Method (VPN, Browser, Dedicated tunnel)

 What does client network need to have as basics infra to be aligned with MSFT azure infra (X type of AD, Ports open configured etc)

 Active Directory migration to Azure / ADF.
