We are thrilled to announce that Copilot experiences in Store Commerce now offer multi-language support! Businesses can now take advantage of Copilot in their store-preferred language beyond English.

Providing Copilot experiences in your preferred language is critical for several reasons:

  • Enhanced Customer Service: Reading product insights in your store's business language allows you to provide better and more personalized customer service.
  • Improved Sales Performance: Understanding report insights in a language you are comfortable with helps you better analyze and improve your store's sales performance.
  • Customer Engagement: Knowing and engaging with your customers in their preferred language using copilot provided conversation starters in your store's business language goes a long way in building strong customer relationships and ensuring the success of your business.

We are excited for you to experience the benefits of multi-language support and look forward to seeing how it enhances your business operations!

To enable Copilot in the Store Commerce app, follow these steps.

  1. In Commerce headquarters, go to the Feature management workspace (Systems administration > Workspaces > Feature management), and enable the temporary Enable Copilot in Store Commerce feature flag. In this way, you give your organization's administrators governing control over the rollout of Copilot features in the Store Commerce app. This flag will eventually be retired.
  2. Go to the Commerce shared parameters page (Retail and Commerce > Headquarters setup > Parameters > Commerce shared parameters), and enable the Enable Copilot in Store Commerce flag.
  3. Go to your point of sale (POS) functionality profile (Retail and Commerce > Channel setup > POS setup > POS profiles > Functionality profiles). On the Copilot FastTab, enable Customer insights , Report insights, and Product insights to get Copilot experiences enabled for various interfaces of POS in the Store Commerce app.
  4. Run the 1070 (Channel configuration) / 1110 (Global configuration) job to sync the updated settings to the channel database
