ReportReport

Hello Experts,

I found that the GST ( TAX) amount is not populated and the /Total Incl.Taxes/  is not accurate in Sales Order Print Layout. I'm using the default Report Layout and data set. See the below screen shot for the details and share your thoughts.

See the below screen shot for the Report ID.

////

See the below screen shot for Sales Order Report, The Tax amount is not populated and it's showing a bold line (under Total INR).

////

See the below screen shot for the data set. GST Components are mapped in this.
////

See the below screen shot for the Sales Order which is trying to print and the GST is there.

////

Thanks in advance for sharing your thoughts.

Best Regards,
Ranjith

    Please review the properties of both the label textbox and amount textbox to make sure the correct dataitem is used for GST amount... or just show the source expression..

    I'm not sure if this is a problem with the layout or this report.
    You can select Send to in the Request Page, and then export to Excel (data only) to see if the values are correct. If the value is correct, please add it to the layout again, if the value is not correct, then it is a problem with this localized report.

    Hope this helps.
    Thanks

    Hi YUN ZHU,

    I have export to Excel (Data Only) and there is no value in GST columns. See the below screen shot.  Will do register support case with MS.

    The issue has been solved. There is a condition as below in the default code.

     begin

                                    if not ShowInterInf then begin

                                        if not GSTSetup.Get() then

                                            exit;

                                        if not TCSSetup.Get() then

                                            exit;

    Hence there should be a value in the Tax Type field in TCS Setup page. There is no value selected in this page for my company, that caused for this issue.

    Best Regards,

    Ranjith
