Hello experts,
can retail gift cards and loyalty cards be used across different legal entities in D365 Commerce? I am talking about standard MS gift and loyalty cards (no external gift cards)

Sorry, dont have an answer for you, but i am wondering if you got a resolution for the gift card tender option not giving you a manual entry option in your other post.... I'm running into the same issue.

Gift cards can be used across legal entities. Check these links:

The docs are created for AX2012 R3, but the same also for D365.
Regarding Loyalty cards, it should be also possible to use across legal entities, check the links below:
