Customer decided to migrate to QB Online after telling them it wasn't compatible.  They went back to version 2020 (which was working before the upgrade) and now it can't determine the QB version.

Any help would be appreciated.

We're seeing the same thing with a customer after they were told by QB/Intuit to upgrade to QB Pro Plus 2023.

Please post here if you find a solution. We'll do the same!
