Hello,

We have setup Business Alerts on SQL Server 2008. The Alert is for customers that do not have VAT assigned to them.
We have enabled database mail and configured the mail profiles.

We have tested it within SQL 2008 and a mail is generated and sent out from SQL 2008.

When we test from inside of Dynamics GP it does send out the alert. There is a schedule setup to check the alert every minute and this does not send out any mail or alert.
The criteria is met for 10 customers and it sends these out in a text file but not automatically.

All the necessary checks have been done and nothing seems to be out of place as to say.

Has anyone experienced this and if so any ideas what I could try to resolve this?

Jay,
Have you tried clicking the Test Mail button on the Alert Notification window to see the results?
