Exporting a list of emails to excel

I need to export a list of client emails into an excel spreadsheet. All emails are listed under contacts. Contacts are listed on accounts. I can't find a way to filter just the emails from accounts listed under a category of our accounts. I can pull all emails from all contacts but I can't filter it to a certain group of contacts. Is this possible? If so, how?

    Go to contacts, add filter, filter by company name etc, then export?

    We have 5000+ accounts, each has multiple contacts. I need to export all of the contacts for about 400 accounts of a specific type, so I can't filter by a single company name. I can only get the primary contacts' email from each account but again most accounts have multiple contacts and I can't figure out how to export all of that info.

    How are you categorising the accounts, Tyler?

    The only way I can think is to filter your contacts via a certain field.  How are you deciding which accounts you wish to work with?

    Unfortunately, we are not utilizing the categories function. The accounts I am using are a separate list that was imported into this CRM from a different CRM a few years ago. I can export a list of the emails for the primary contact for each of these accounts but I can't export a list that includes every contact from each account.
