Employee Summary Report 02680S errors & double spaced after 2013 YE Updates

It appears that the Employee Summary Report (not customized) is now double spaced after the 2013 YE Updates. The users are able to print to screen without issue. When they print to any printer, they receive an error message "group footer not available for total break” and “total break request ignored" and the report prints, but it is now double spaced.

What caused this and how can we correct?

We are able to print the report without issue now. I opened it up in crystal and closed it and it seemed to have resolved the issue.

    Hi Deb,

Are you loading a template?  If so, does the report print properly without the template?  It sounds like the sort order was changed on the Sort tab.  After launching that report and loading the template, click on the Sort tab, and click the Reset button if it is enabled.  Then try and print the report.

Let me know if you are loading a template and if the above suggestion allows the report to print properly to the printer.
