Can't deploy an environment with database 365

Hi community,

I have a problem to deploy an environment in power platform for Dynamics 365 sales pro.

I'm a tenant admin with all the access an i have a sales pro licence.

But when i want to create an environnement the list to select an app to deploy is disable.

if i try to save i have this message "Currently, Dynamics 365 apps can only be enabled for your default region."

I tried with different type of environment sandbox trial production i have the same result.

We started with a free trial of sales entreprise, have deleted this environment but doesn't change the result to.

    Hi,

    Dynamics 365 instances can only be created in the same region in which your tenant is located.

    Please choose the Europe.
