Is there a way I could do a report which would list all users that last log on to d365 30days ago?

You can check the access log by enabling the audit log.
It seems that you can check it by filtering the access log by date.
Stay up to date on forum activity by subscribing. You can also customize your in-app and email Notification settings across all subscriptions.
