I have enabled SharePoint integration on a CRM 2013 organization but I do not have Documents in the ribbon of entities that were configured for SharePoint (such as Lead & Account).
- I did import the Crm List Component solution to SharePoint
- I configured Document Management Settings in CRM
- The target SharePoint site is listed as the Default Site in Active SharePoint Site
- I have confirmed that the Libraries were successfully created in SharePoint
- Documents is not displayed in the Ribbon of Account or Lead (both configured in Document Management Settings)
- I have used the form editor to see if Documents could be added, but it is not listed in Available Relationships either
Has anyone else run into this? Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
The environment is CRM 2013 UR2 with SharePoint 2010.
