I have the following requirement:
- When a contact is created in Dynamics CRM, that contact should be assigned to a queue item (for updating fields by a salesperson)
- All salesperson may work on any contact. So the assignment process should work on a simple list-order basis, in a loop: first contact be assigned to user 1, second assigned to user 2, third to 3, fourth to 1 again, ...and so on. Maybe the assignment is to a team and inside that team the users assigned in loop?
¿Is there a way to automate that rule via workflows?
