How to allow only specific user to send email as another user.

I have a shared mailbox on exchange and in dynamics i want only specific agents to send as the mailbox.

I know you need to have allow others dynamics user to send email as me enabled, and to give agents allow to send email as another user. The issue with doing that is that anyone who as allow to send email as another user can send from any mailbox with the allow other users to send email as me enabled.

How can i only allow specific user to send???

Hi Rattle, you posted into the forum for Dynamics 365 Guides, a Mixed Reality app. I can move your message to a forum that may get better visibility, but I am unsure which product you are using. Are you using CRM or Sales or something else?
