I manage a Dynamics CE platform for a Charity and have a question about Attributes.
The Dynamics Partner I am with right now is unaware of the use of Attributes for Contact or Organisation records and I am frankly miffed.
I have used these the the past to capture Alumni information or qualification information's where we didn't necessarily need more than basic details. A way of adding meta data about a person without the need for more custom fields or Boolean boxes. A way to view these easily from a contact record, tab or subgrid view.
I have considered a simple Timeline activity and Static Marketing list but both of these options might not work longer term if there are bulk clean up operations.
Are Attributes still used in this way?
