FormsPro

HI There, I have created a new Servery using Forms Pro

When sending this using Power automate I don’t want to send out a Email but an sms to the Primary contact, how I have done this is create a step to get Case status, get  Primary contact details from the account linked to the case. Created an Invitation link via Forms Pro connector, and populated the Contact details that was used as variables within the Forms Pro Servery. Created a connector for bitly with the invitation attached. Created an HTTP connector where I used an 3rd Party sms API connection and using the Primary contact’s Cell number to send the link to and added the bitly link for the Survey. If I submit the survey it records the details of the Primary contact, if I don’t use bitly Link it comes back as Anonymous.  How can I do this by just using the sms service but will also allow me to see the Primary contact details in the Response tab of the Forms Pro Survey.

Is the a way to change the Template to not use Email but add an Cell Number maybe.

Thank you please let me know if anyone have an idea how to do this.

Regards Mario

OK, I might be misunderstanding you, but it looks kinda like you made this more complicated than it needed to be.

When you build a FormsPro Survey, you have the option to Share, and one of the options there is just "Get a Link"

It is possible you have more requirements here than I can see, but it sounds like you could just take that link and build a one-time PowerAutomate on a manual trigger to SMS the link (and whatever other body content) to the mobile phone number of whatever range of contacts in your CDS db...

Now, the respondents will still be anonymous if they are not authenticated to your Organization, but you could optionally add a field on your form to require they enter a valid email address when they reply. Admittedly, that won't get you 100% accuracy on survey respondents, but I would guess it will get you a pretty decent coverage, depending on the nature of your survey...
