Hello!

We have Case entity with Customer Lookup in a form. We want to restrict the portal to only select accounts and hide contacts.

Currently, we have a script that hides Contacts Lookup view option in the dropdown and forcing account view to be selected. However, this script was broken (twice) after quarterly update from Microsoft. Kindly advise if there is a better way on how to customize this. Thank you.
