Error with SmartView

So we have a bunch of users here that are running GP 2015 off of a Windows server 2012 R2.  A few of their machines are running windows 10 and the majority are running Windows 7.  The WIN10 users are running into an issue when running SmartView that it will crash dymanics.exe. The users that are running WIN7 can run it fine.  Any ideas??

    If you mean SmartView the eOne product, contact eOne. Their support is fantastic for their products. Or, check if there is a newer build to update your version of SmartView to, which may have identified and resolved some bugs.

    So tried disabling UAC on both the users PC and on the server running GP 2015, to no avail.

    Hi,

    Please disable the UAC on win10 and login to GP and see whether this error occurs again.
