We are running FRx 6.7 SP10. 

Are there any known issues with exporting the current spec set?  We would like to a) have a backup and b) copy all the reports onto a test server.

Also, can this be done with users in the system (FRx)?

    No... you can even export and import from various versions back and forth.  It is a VERY good method of backing up, so long as you get all your spec sets (if you have  multiple companies, and/or someone got fancy). 

    We use it to upgrade FRx all the time, when the upgrade messes up.  Just install fresh, set up the companies, and import the spec set.  Really easy (except for clients that have  dozens or hundreds of companies...sigh)
