Matching not working

Hi Team,

I'm having an issue with the match section of the unification process.

Despite a clear match between ID's in 2 separate entities (part of one dataset), it's not matching, or only matching <1%. I've double checked the actual data and they are 100% match. One is also a parent of the other.

In this case it's simply the OOTB D365 contacts entity as the main entity, and a custom entity with a lookup to the contact under it.

Why isn't it matching? I've tried all the options and several silly ones.

Ideas?

Hi -- thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear that you are facing issues with the unification process.

Based on the details you provided these datasets should indeed match.

We need some more information to diagnose this issue.  Can you please drop an email to c360help@microsoft.com with your environment details so that we can help you?
