Hi,
I need to subtract points from one of the metrics for an individual. is this possible? If so, what is the best way to go about doing this?

Yes, you can edit scores through excel point scoring. First, you need to change scoring method of metric if not already setup for excel. Go to Games > Games > then click on CRM icon next to game you want to edit. Uncheck box next to metric that you plan to score via excel. Now you can adjust points. Go to Games > Excel Point Scoring > click on game > then game period. From here you have option to download excel template and enter adjusted scores. Please note, if you are changing player from 2 sales to no sales, then you need to enter "0". Then upload excel template and submit.
Hi Tina - When you have to upload a template like this to modify the points is this suppose to update real time or does it only update at the end of the week ?

Points should update instantly when using excel point scoring. Upload template, click submit, then view player stats page.
