After the upgrade of my on-prem environment(which showed no errors), I created a new organization and I can only access certain entities from the ribbon. For example I can see contacts, accounts, but when I try to access settings -> security it shows "The web page could not be found" under the top navigation ribbon. The user is a deployment administrator. The existing organization that was present before the update was applied works fine. I have cleared my browser cache, and rebooted servers.

Not sure what the issue was the organization did not show any errors in the log but would not function correctly. I created new org and it is working fine.
