here i can able to use front end only, i want to know how to use Visual Studio Dev environment in free trial version.

The 30-day trial is not providing you access to a development environment. It is a trial for the functional part only. Either you can go for the suggestion provided by Ramit or as a customer or partner, you can sign up for a preview in your own organization.

I need to know one thing that I took access for 30 days trial version with my credentials and is it possible to share this access to extend another user? so that another user also can access ?

For the environments provided by Microsoft (30-day trial and preview subscription), you can add users and let them access the application.
