Hello,

What privilege is required to allow a user to add a profile picture in the What's New area of the default Sales Activity Social Dashboard?

Thanks in advance,

Daniel

    Hi Daniel,

Write permission to the User entity is required (tab Business Management in Security Role dialog).

    Cheers

    Daniel,

I think it is the entity "Profile Album" privilege (Create, Read, and Write or Delete to remove)

And if it is not enough, the Privilege to the System User entity, but I think first one (Profile Album) will be enough.

    Hope this helps!

    Thanks.

I think it is Social Profile entity and we need to give permission on this entity.

Thanks, looks like I needed this plus the write permission to the User entity too.

Daniel, the user entity allows to give only BU level access, and not user level permission.

I have tested this and it looks like you just need write permission to user entity, but unfortunately that permission cannot be given to user only.  Anyone has any idea why that is and is there a workaround?  I don't want users to have ability to change each others setting.

    Thank you,

Did you get an answer on this?

I have the same case where I only want a user to change his/her profile picture only. Any workaround?
