how to get location in tablet web browser

Hi,

I want to get location user when click the button. I can do this dynamics 365 app but want to do this using tablet web browser.How can I achieve this?Is there anyone who can help me about this?

    You can use Browser HTML 5 capabilities to get the Location

    www.w3schools.com/.../html5_geolocation.asp

    Your ribbon button or button in a webresource can take advantage of this browser feature.

    Hi Goutam,

    This works for dynamics 365 App but can't work for web browser.

    Hi

    You will have to use Geo Location API in your javascript to get the location in the browser.

    All majors browsers support HTML 5 standard for Geo Location API, the following lines will give you the location

    navigator.geolocation.getCurrentPosition(function(location) {

     console.log(location.coords.latitude);

     console.log(location.coords.longitude);

     console.log(location.coords.accuracy);
