Item is cancelled for site

When a certain item is entered into an sales order the following message is displayed:

"Item ### has been cancelled for site ### and will no longer be sold from that site once inventory runs out"

This only happens on some few items and I am not able to find what causes this.

    Hi Stefan,

    I can only think of the "blocked" check box being active for that item on that site.

    Go to "Product information management --> Released products".

    Find your item and on the "Manage inventory" tab you will see a button named "Default order settings by site". See if you have any records created for that site.

    By the way, do you have any customizations?

    The item is not blocked and is being sold constantly.  When sold the system displays this message but there is no problem processing the order. We have limited customizations and I cannot think of any that might explain this.

    Just to clarify the moment the message is displayed, does it happen when the item is created on a sales order line or when the sales order is invoiced?

    It happens at the moment the item has been selected in the sales order line and the line is saved.

    Hi Stefan,

    I search the message on the labels editor and found that it is related to the @MCR35906 label.

    That label appear on the "validateWrite_server" method of the "SalesLine" table.

    Here you have the code where the message is sent:

    The message is sent on the line highlighted on yellow.

    I'm not a developer, however as I far as I understood from the code it is validating if the item is "stopped" (it is what I told you first when I asked you if the item was "blocked" for that site).

    This seems to be done when the CallCenter key is enabled.

    Are you creating your sales order through call center module? Or sales and marketing / accounts receivable modules?

    Take a look at Tabel InventItemSalesSetup.
    Search your Item and see if a line is marked as Stopped.
    This should not be, but probably is.
