I voided two duplicate deposits in GP using the bank deposit screen. However, now the GL and module do not tie to each other and is off the voided deposit amounts.

Hello Ashley,

Bank deposit does not create any GL effect. You may be having some different issue. Can you please check Tools--> Routine-->Financial-->Reconcile To GL?
