Hello,
I want to migrate Dynamics CRM
Source System: Dynamics CRM 2013 On premise with Field one sky. (Module: WO, PO, Inventory, Account, Quote, Invoice)
Client is majorly using field one sky with few developments done in the field one sky in Resource, WO, PO modules
Target System: Dynamics 365 with Field Service module (Online)
Please suggest good approach for the same.

Actually as per your suggestion, I am trying to login in Data loader but page is not opening.. I guess I am missing something.
Also I want to understand about development done in Fieldone sky.
As schema structure is changes in field service, how to move all custom fields and development done in Field on sky to field service ??

There are 4 approaches which you can choose based on data size:
1) Excel import using OOB functionality.
2) DataLoader - this is a new feature - where you need to extract file in CSV and then import.
3) SSIS using third party tool like Kingswaysoft, CozyRoc or custom component.
4) Third part tool like Scribe
As per my understanding, DataLoader should suffice your requirement. You can read more about dataloader here:

You need to export the file CSV and then import it if you are with DataLoader approach.
Please note that its is available worldwide and not just North America.
