Error message when changing Topic name on Opportunity

Hi,

When I want to change a topic name I get an unexpected error, never seen this before.

Any idea?

    It is relate to Business process flow.

    Are you getting same on other record as well?

    Hi

    Could you please create a new opportunity and change the topic and see if you are still getting the error?

    If you are still getting the error, could you deactivate the Business Process Flow(BPF)?  Its more likely that this error is caused by Lead to Opportunity Sales Process BPF.  Could you deactivate this and try and change the topic and see if you are still getting the error.

    If this still fails, I would enable plugin trace log and see if you can find any useful errors logged.

    if none of the above steps help to resolve the issue, please share the version detail and any screen grabs if you could.

    Okay, I tried to create another Opportunity now and I didn't get the error.

    It worked with the new Opp.

    I tried to deactivate it and try on the opp that didn't work and i still get the error. Okay i will check the plugin-trace log.
