I have a user who is unable to use the "email a link" feature. When she clicks, nothing happens. Some background: we are using MS Dynamics CRM 2015 and she has CRM for Outlook installed. So far we have tried reinstalling CRM for Outlook, doing a "Repair" of CRM Outlook, restarting both Outlook and the browser she is using for CRM online.
am using the same versions of both programs (same installation of CRM online and Outlook) and the Email a Link feature works just fine for me.
Any thoughts?
