Bing map with clickable pin on ADX Portal

HI Guys,

I am new to portals and trying to add a Bing Map on Customer Portal with clickable pins ,

I ran through adx portal website for any such posts, but only found below:-

But above provides a bing map with pins and search functionality , but not click.

I need to call a custom javascript on click of the pin and filter another entity list view of a entity.

Please help me out
