SMS not send using TeleSign in Dynamic 365 Marketing

I've tried trial version from TeleSign, and make simple customer journey that is supposed to send me SMS.

And then I have it on the timeline from the specific contact in the segment

But unfortunately the message is not delivered

Any idea what the problem might be? Or anyone who successfully send SMS with free trial version of TeleSign in customer journey in dynamics marketing? I'll appreciate every suggestion or help

Also I can't find information whether you can make a phone calls too from TeleSign or Twilio, does anyone know this?

    Thank you for the quick answer, and the warm welcome.

    I have found and read those documentation and a lot of related blogs and forums, nevertheless I need it to be done through customer journey.

    I found this video useful www.youtube.com/watch but the problem is the status of the SMS is not delivered.

    As I was searching I think that it has something to do with opt-in
