Is expanding FormSelector on entity page load possible?

I have a requirement to achieve the following: 

When users click on Accounts entity from navigation bar then views page should load with FormSelector expanded.

Then users will select appropriate system or personal view to see records and then go next onto form page. 

Also, is it possible to run JS on main entity page? (not on form page)
