Hi, We have a business scenario for Sales order picking and Putaway and I will appreciate some help to achieve the best solution.
Item A is stored in Zone 1
Item B is stored in Zone 2
Item C is stored in Zone 1
Requirement 1-
For Sales picking and Putaway, customer wants separate picklist for each zone. - For this requirement I created two different work template and used work class ID to separate the pick list in mobile device. They are picking from different zone (Zone 1 and Zone 2) but putting it in the same Put location Shipping.
Requirement 2-
Customer wants all items on the sales order to be on the same Target license plate on the shipping location. Due to requirement 1 when I release to warehouse system is creating two separate work. One for Zone 1 and another for Zone 2.
When I processing the work system is generating two separate Target license plate for the two lines. Is there a way to have two separate work ID but merge them into one Target license plate during Put to Shipping?
Tried till now-
In the mobile device for Sales picking and putaway, I am the override target license plate options to Yes. Once I complete the work for Zone 1, system is generating a Target license plate . Now I tried to complete the work for Zone 2, system generated a Target license plate > I deleted that and used the Target LP generated for the first work, when I click enter I see an error message that "Target license plate is invalid".
How can I achieve both requirements toegther?
